Ocean Liner Photography Ship Poster, also called OLP Ship Poster, is an app operated by Sean Glumace of Ocean Liner Photography. It helps prepare ship photography posts, organize selected photos and videos, and share content with supported social media platforms.

Privacy Policy
Information the app uses
Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, OLP Ship Poster may access or store:
Photos and videos you select, their photo-library identifiers, and available metadata needed for previews, selection, and posting.
Post details you enter or import, including ship names, companies, locations, dates, captions, hashtags, and social media descriptions.
Saved drafts, scheduled posts, publication history, gallery links, and posting preferences.
Information provided by connected social platforms, including authorized account or Page identifiers, post links, publication status, saved places, and available post statistics.
Access credentials supplied through supported account connections, such as access tokens needed to perform authorized actions.
If you contact us for support, we also receive the information you include in your message.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you request, including preparing captions, displaying selected media, saving your work, importing website details, sharing or publishing content, and retrieving available post status and statistics.
Photos and videos
New media selections generally remain in your device’s photo library, with the app saving references to them. Temporary files may be created when needed for sharing or uploading. Older selections may include copies previously stored within the app.
The app requires photo-library permission for relevant media features. You can change that permission in your device settings. Removing access or deleting an original file may prevent the app from displaying or sharing it.
Social platform connections
When you choose to share or publish, the selected media and relevant post information are sent to the destination platform.
Facebook features may use your authorization to access managed Pages, publish or schedule content, import post information and places, and retrieve available statistics.
When the TikTok sharing feature is enabled, it transfers selected content to TikTok so you can continue editing and complete publication there. Opening TikTok does not, by itself, confirm that a post has been published.
Social platforms and their software components may process account, device, diagnostic, and usage information under their own policies. Their handling of information is governed by their privacy policies and terms.
Storage and backups
Saved app records are stored on your device. Backups are created when you use the app’s backup feature and may contain saved posts, captions, preferences, media references, and any older media copies you choose to include.
App-created backups exclude social login credentials. If you save a backup to iCloud Drive or another storage provider, that provider’s policies also apply.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell your app data. Information may be disclosed to services needed to carry out your requested actions, when you authorize disclosure, or where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app’s local data. Exported backups must be deleted separately from the locations where you saved them.
Credentials may remain in device secure storage after an app is removed. Use the app’s disconnect or reset controls where available, and revoke authorization through the connected platform’s settings.
Deleting a local OLP record does not automatically delete a published social media post. Delete published content through the destination platform.

We use available device protections and authorized platform connection methods to help protect information. No device, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children

Reviewing and publishing posts
You are responsible for reviewing captions, selected media, locations, tags, audience settings, and scheduled times before publishing.
Some features publish through a platform connection. Others open a destination app where you finish editing and publish yourself. A successful transfer or app launch does not necessarily mean publication has occurred.
Third-party platforms
Facebook, TikTok, Apple, and other services have their own terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations. You must comply with those requirements.
OLP Ship Poster is an independent app and is not endorsed by those companies. Platform changes may affect or interrupt app features.
Availability and results
The app is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, accurate or complete platform statistics, or any particular reach, engagement, or audience growth.
Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important records and original media. The app does not replace your photo library or the destination platform’s records.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean Liner Photography is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service failures, interrupted uploads, unavailable statistics, lost data, or content you choose to publish.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and discontinued use
We may update, change, or discontinue app features. Revised terms will be posted here. You may stop using the app and revoke its platform access at any time.
