Celebrity Constellation (Celebrity Cruises) was docked in Messina, Sicily, on August 25, 2026, during a Mediterranean cruise. Entering service in 2002, the Millennium-class ship has spent much of her career sailing European itineraries and remains one of the longest-serving ships in the Celebrity Cruises fleet.
Entering service in 2002, Celebrity Constellation is the fourth and final member of Celebrity Cruises’ Millennium Class. Built by Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France, the ship combines the contemporary styling associated with Celebrity with a smaller scale than the line’s newer ships. Construction and Entry Into Service:
Celebrity Constellation was built by Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France.
She entered service in 2002 as the fourth and final ship in Celebrity Cruises’ Millennium Class.
The ship was originally introduced as Constellation before the Celebrity name was added to her name in 2007.
Her three earlier sister ships are Celebrity Millennium, Celebrity Infinity, and Celebrity Summit.
The class introduced a new generation of ships to Celebrity Cruises at the beginning of the 2000s.
Design and Features:
Celebrity Constellation was designed with a high proportion of outside and balcony accommodations.
