RMS QUEEN MARY 2
On July 15, 2004, the serene waters of Geirangerfjord in Norway served as a magnificent setting for the RMS Queen Mary 2 (Cunard Line). This majestic liner, surrounded by the towering cliffs and lush greenery of Geiranger, was captured in a series of photographs showcasing the dramatic scale of the fjords and the elegance of the ship.

QUEEN ELIZABETH 2
Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth 2 lights up the evening at Berth 93 in Los Angeles Harbor during her 2006 World Cruise. Her illuminated decks and distinctive funnel stand against the dark sky, capturing the presence of an ocean liner whose voyages connected generations of travelers with the traditions of life at sea. This photograph shows QE2 still in active service, more than three decades after her maiden crossing and less than three years before her retirement.

VIKING SERENADE
Our cruise aboard Viking Serenade (Royal Caribbean International) brought us to Ensenada, Baja California, in March 2000. This photograph shows the ship docked during our visit, when she was a familiar part of Royal Caribbean’s short-cruise service from Los Angeles.
QUEEN ELIZABETH 2
In April 1999, the iconic Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) (Cunard Line) celebrated her 30th anniversary transatlantic crossing from Southampton to New York City, marking not just a significant milestone in her service but also commemorating our own honeymoon returning from Europe.
